There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Gara: Page 1, line 2, following "monitoring" (title amendment): Insert "or in the custody of a third-party custodian" Page 1, line 6: Delete "or under electronic monitoring" Insert ", under electronic monitoring, or while in the custody of a third-party custodian" Page 1, line 10, following "monitoring": Insert "or in the custody of a third-party custodian" Page 1, line 11, following "monitoring": Insert "or while in the custody of a third-party custodian" Page 1, line 13, following "program": Insert "or while in the custody of a third-party custodian" Page 2, line 9: Delete "or under electronic monitoring" Insert ", under electronic monitoring, or in the custody of a third-party custodian" Representative Gara moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted.
